Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Binify mobile application ("App") operated by Binify ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Binify provides automated trash and recycling collection reminders based on your local municipality schedule. You agree to use the App only for its intended lawful purpose. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

2. Notifications

By enabling notifications, you consent to receive automated push notifications and, if opted in, SMS messages regarding your collection schedule. You may opt out at any time through your device settings or within the App.

3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal Terms

Binify offers optional Pro subscription plans (e.g., monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions) providing features such as SMS collection alerts.

• Payment & Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off or cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
• Privacy: For details on how we handle user data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Collection schedules are sourced from publicly available municipal data and may not always reflect last-minute changes by your local municipality. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of schedule information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Binify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
